I’m Emilia, Founder of The Strategic Staging Co. We help developers, investors, estate agents and owners across Berkshire and the surrounding counties, position their property's potential through strategic marketing and design.

I was born and raised in Reading and now live in Newbury, so I know Berkshire and its property market very well. With 10+ years experience in strategic marketing, I treat every property as a key marketing launch.

This means I go beyond typical staging - I define the ideal buyer, stage and furnish the property to appeal directly to them, and create high quality photography and tailored marketing assets designed to make the property standout online and in-person.
