Who we are

The Strategic Staging Co. was founded by Emilia. Based in Newbury, West Berkshire and born and raised in Reading, she has over a decade of experience in marketing, giving her understanding into why buyers buy. She’s led the design and build of multiple high-performing customer spaces, generating £m's in revenue.

Combined with her love for quality interiors and over 8 years experience carrying out interior home projects, she brings together her eye for detail and her knowledge of how to market something to its full potential.

We stage properties with purpose. Combining thoughtful design with a decade of experience understanding how buyers buy. We know how presentation shapes perception and influences decision-making. Every detail is carefully considered to create connection — helping generate stronger interest, support a faster sale, and maximise sale potential.

Our belief

We strongly believe that everyone should have a home. But there are currently over 4,600 people sleeping rough on any given night in England.

That’s why for every property we stage, we fund emergency accommodation for someone who's homeless. We’ve partnered with Crisis UK to do this, who are the national charity dedicated to ending homelessness in the UK.

This funding doesn't affect our prices and comes from our own profit margins.
