Hi, I’m Emilia, Founder of The Strategic Staging Co. I help developers, investors, estate agents and home owners across Berkshire and the surrounding counties, maximise their property's potential through strategic staging.
I've lived in Berkshire the best part of my life and I founded Strategic Staging after the success of staging and selling my own home. With 10+ years in corporate marketing, including leading the design of commercial spaces backing £m's in sales, my house sale made me realise I wanted to transfer this commercial expertise to residential property.

*Crisis UK partnership: For every property physically staged for sale with furniture (excludes styling and soft furnishings services as well as purchased rental furnishing), we donate £100 from our profits to Crisis UK (registered charity no. 1082947 in England & Wales), specifically to fund emergency accommodation, housing support services and crisis intervention for people experiencing homelessness. It's estimated that the average night's emergency accommodation is between £60-£180.
