Our committment

As Founder of The Strategic Staging Co., I am hugely passionate about helping those who are homeless.

That’s why we have formed a strategic partnership with Crisis, the national charity dedicated to ending homelessness in the UK. This collaboration unites our company’s resources and expertise with Crisis’s frontline experience supporting people experiencing homelessness, with the shared goal of making a measurable impact where it’s needed most.

As a company, we are committed to funding emergency accommodation for someone who’s homeless, each time we stage a property. This does not impact our prices as we deduct this purely from our profit margin.

About Crisis

Crisis works directly with individuals and families facing homelessness across England, Scotland, and Wales, providing one to one support to help people access safe housing, healthcare, employment opportunities and essential services. Alongside this direct support, Crisis campaigns for systemic change and policy solutions that tackle the root causes of homelessness and prevent it from happening in the first place.

Homelessness remains a pressing and growing challenge in the UK. There are now more than 300,000 households in England experiencing the worst forms of homelessness.

There are over 4,600 people are sleeping rough on any given night in England. This is an increase of 20% on last year.
